1.Payment of Fees.

Students are encouraged to pay the fee on the first lesson each month.

​

2. 5th week of the month

There will NOT BE lessons on the 5th week of the month.

 

3. Cancellation offsets and makeup lessons

 Students and parents are required to inform in advance if they can't make it to the class. Except if they fall sick on the day itself. Please inform at least a day in advance. Students will be provided makeup lesson. If absent during the makeup lesson, the offset will be forfeited. 

THERE WILL BE NO MAKEUP LESSONS FOR NOT SHOWING UP FOR THE CLASS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ( a day in advance

 

4. Teacher's cancellations

No fee will be charged if cancellation is made by the teacher due to any unforeseen circumstances or the makeup lesson will be arranged for the whole class.

 

5. Termination and Withdrawal

As a courtesy to the teacher, please inform in advance if a student is not going to continue the classes.

 

6. Media Release

Class activities may be recorded to be used for media, promotional, academic, and training purposes. If you disagree, please advise me in advance and I will take extra care to exclude your child.

 

7. Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
